Senior Consultant, Brand Strategy

About the role

Lippincott, a global brand, marketing and experience consultancy within Oliver Wyman, is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Brand Strategy practice. The role turns evidence into ideas: gathering and synthesizing research, business context and competitive dynamics, then shaping the early thinking behind recommendations. It covers brand positioning, architecture, marketing and customer experience, with close work alongside designers and senior strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, organize and synthesize research on client strategy, industry dynamics and customer insight
• Conduct in-depth interviews with client stakeholders and leadership
• Support analysis of quantitative and qualitative research, from discrete choice modeling to focus groups
• Translate findings into content, narratives and points of view
• Collaborate with consultants and designers to pressure-test ideas
• Contribute to the storyline and development of client presentations
• Apply Lippincott frameworks and methodologies to new problems
• Help shape proposal content for new business efforts

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate or brand strategy, brand management or innovation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Openness to travel as needed

What we offer

• Base pay of $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience, skills, location, certifications and education
