Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

Base Coat Marketing is a niche digital agency that builds and runs ads, SEO and web for Painting & Concrete Coating companies across the US and Canada. It is looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who enjoys digging into the numbers and running campaigns for real contractors with real budgets, optimizing CPL, CTR and ROAS week after week.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Adjust budgets, audiences and creative to improve CPL, conversion rate and ROAS
• Test new ad concepts and angles, and write StoryBrand-style ad copy when needed
• Work with the Media team on creative requests and testing
• Keep client dashboards accurate and report on key metrics and insights
• Monitor landing pages and support conversion improvements
• Prepare monthly performance reports and data-backed recommendations for client meetings
• Collaborate daily with the CX, Media, SEO and Production teams, follow SOPs and help improve them

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands-on paid media campaign experience
• Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
• Able to read Google Analytics and reporting dashboards and explain what the data means
• Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Slack or GoHighLevel (or learning new tools quickly)
• Pays close attention to detail, can juggle multiple client accounts, takes ownership and communicates clearly in English, written and spoken
• Bonus: Meta Blueprint certification

What we offer

• Salary from $1,500 per month depending on experience
• Schedule Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm EDT and Friday 8am-12pm EDT
• 10 paid vacation days per year, plus 2 more each year, and 11 paid holidays
• Half-day Fridays
• 100% remote
