Senior Compensation Strategy Consultant

About the role

AT&T is seeking a highly analytical Senior Compensation Strategy Consultant to design, evaluate, and enhance compensation programs that support the company’s talent strategy and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with compensation leadership to design and improve executive and broad‑based compensation programs.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive assessments to inform compensation decisions.
• Support the design and administration of annual and long‑term incentive plans.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, white papers, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure alignment with governance and business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive‑level presentations.
