Operations & Supervisory Support Intern

About the role

The Operations & Supervisory Support internship provides hands‑on experience supporting the Banking Supervision Operations and Supervisory Support (OSS) team at the Dallas Fed. Interns will assist with operational priorities, event design, and administrative tasks while gaining exposure to regulatory and data‑analytics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal customer operational priorities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Assist with event and instructional design projects using tools such as Captivate and Adobe.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, calendars, travel, events, and conferences.
• Engage in cross‑training to broaden exposure to OSS functions and contribute to process‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate junior or senior, or graduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn instructional design tools such as Captivate and Adobe.
• Experience with learning management systems or similar scheduling/administrative software.
