Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant

About the role

EnForce Consulting, an HR‑Path Company, is looking for a Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Ceridian Dayforce Payroll solutions for a diverse client base. The role covers the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through post‑go‑live support, with a focus on payroll administration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans to deliver Dayforce Payroll implementations on time and within budget.
• Lead client discovery sessions, document payroll requirements, and configure Dayforce Payroll modules (earnings, deductions, taxes, pay groups, policies, self‑service).
• Support payroll cycle planning, testing, client readiness, and post‑go‑live consulting, including year‑end activities.
• Partner with Project Managers to report on tasks, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Provide expertise on payroll best practices, data audits, integrations (tax filing, GL, banking) and organizational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of software or HRIS implementation experience with strong payroll focus.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS/Cloud HCM platforms and payroll processing cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects, work independently and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
