Dayforce Benefits Implementation Consultant

About the role

EnForce Consulting, an HR-Path Company, is looking for a Dayforce Benefits Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Ceridian Dayforce Benefits and Open Enrollment solutions for a diverse client base. The role covers the full implementation lifecycle and may be fully remote or hybrid in Dallas, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of Dayforce Benefits implementations.
• Lead client discovery sessions, document requirements, and configure Dayforce Benefits modules (plan setup, eligibility, enrollment rules, rates, self‑service).
• Support and lead open enrollment planning, testing, and client readiness activities.
• Facilitate solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and deployment.
• Provide post‑go‑live consulting support and manage benefits‑related integrations and file feeds.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of software or HRIS implementation experience with a focus on Benefits Administration.
• Hands‑on experience implementing benefits and open enrollment within SaaS/Cloud HCM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and project workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong facilitation, communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Ceridian Dayforce (preferred) or other HRIS such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Ultimate, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft.
• Understanding of benefits administration processes, eligibility, enrollments, life events and open enrollment.
• Proficiency in SQL and XML (plus).
• Microsoft Office suite.
