Dayforce Implementation Consultant

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Ceridian DayForce solutions for a variety of clients. The role covers the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through post‑go‑live support, and can be performed fully remote or hybrid in Dallas, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Lead client discovery sessions, document business requirements, and map them to DayForce functionality.
• Configure Ceridian DayForce modules, conduct testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Provide consulting sessions, prepare meeting documentation, and support organizational readiness.
• Maintain data accuracy, perform audits, and develop SQL scripts and XML transformations for integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software implementation experience, preferably with SaaS/Cloud HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes, business process mapping, and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and clients in a fast‑paced environment.
