Senior Community Manager for Spring Creek/Creekside

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to oversee the Spring Creek and Creekside properties in Corvallis, Oregon. The role combines management, service, and leasing responsibilities across 428 apartment homes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of two properties to meet financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures, oversee maintenance repairs, and stay within budget constraints.
• Approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals while enforcing lease terms.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Proven supervisory skills for hiring, leading, and evaluating team members.
• Financial acumen with experience creating and adhering to budgets and fiscal reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Yardi/OneSite property management software.
