Leasing Manager for Luxury High‑Rise

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for the Art Tower, a 314‑unit luxury high‑rise in Portland’s vibrant Pearl District. You will lead a high‑performing leasing team, ensure exceptional customer service, and help achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site leasing team and actively participate in the leasing process, from generating traffic to completing move‑in procedures.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Respond promptly to resident and ownership inquiries.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and complete legal leasing documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired).
