Maintenance Technician for Residential Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Veri at Timberhill community in Corvallis, Oregon. The role involves providing high‑quality customer service and maintaining the 212‑unit garden‑style property.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs, including appliance repairs, in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Previous experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
