Senior Business Systems Analyst – Oracle ERP Cloud

About the role

Join BILL’s Finance BizTech team to lead functional work on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. You will support post‑go‑live operations, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with finance stakeholders and offshore technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation covering R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
• Lead post‑go‑live support, issue triage, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements, functional design documents, process flows, and configuration specifications.
• Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules, manage environment changes, and execute testing (SIT, UAT) with defect resolution.
• Support integration between Oracle ERP and upstream/downstream systems, working with technical teams to define requirements and resolve data exceptions.
• Assist month‑end and quarter‑end close activities and provide audit support for SOX and other compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP Business Systems Analyst or functional consulting experience, with deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
• Proven experience in full‑cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and post‑go‑live support.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including GL, Subledger, Payables, Receivables, Procurement, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience working with offshore technical teams and supporting auditors.
