Senior Account Manager - Construction

About the role

Esri is looking for a Senior Account Manager in construction to join its AEC team in Denver. The role suits someone who combines experience in the construction industry with an understanding of how geospatial technology applies to it, and who is customer-oriented, a collaborative team player and proactive about prospecting new opportunities in an emerging market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and implement location strategies for large, complex organizations, create new opportunities in high-level accounts and deepen relationships
• Present at trade shows, workshops and seminars
• Demonstrate advanced industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS, identify key stakeholders and business drivers and gain access to executive decision makers
• Articulate the strength and value of Esri technology for the construction industry, and use whiteboarding and presentation skills for visual storytelling
• Execute account management and sales processes to meet revenue goals, while evaluating work against customer needs
• Lead account strategies by collaborating with Esri teams and business partners, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
• Experience managing the sales cycle, building partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor to large customers
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration or a related field; visa sponsorship is not available and U.S. work authorization is required
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%

What we offer

• Estimated base salary range of $114,400-$218,400 USD
