Security Architect (TS/SCI) - DTP Contract

About the role

Leidos is hiring a TS/SCI Security Engineer Architect to support the DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract for National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center systems. Working as Security Engineering Architect Lead, you provide technical security expertise for cloud and on-premise infrastructure and lead teams through the Risk Management Framework to system ATOs across multiple domains. Most work is on-site at the client location in Bethesda, MD, with a flexible schedule and occasional remote tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the DTP Security Team across multiple Task Orders, streamlining ATO management processes
• Provide technical guidance to team members and directly interact with DIA CIO and NDOC Security POCs
• Create, improve and maintain security policies and procedures
• Guide operating system hardening and system patching based on DISA STIGs and NIST publications
• Analyze security incidents and recommend resolutions
• Serve as Product Owner for the Security Engineering Team, managing priorities, deliverables and deadlines
• Manage a team of Cyber Security Engineers and ISSOs

Required profile

• BS degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 12+ years
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain a polygraph
• At least one DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level II certification (CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CSSLP or CASP+ CE); CISSP Associate is not acceptable
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-27, 30, 37, 53, 60 and CNSSI 1253
• Experience supporting DoD/IC systems through the full RMF+ process to ATO
• Experience with incident response, POA&Ms, risk and vulnerability management plans, and SSE management processes
• Experience managing a team of Cyber Security Engineers and ISSOs

Pay range: $154,050 - $278,475.
