IT Portfolio Analysis & Integration Analyst

About the role

Analytic Solutions Group is hiring a full-time IT Portfolio Analysis & Integration Analyst in Bethesda. The role covers analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements and development of architecture baselines, with research and assistance on community policy implementation, business process improvements and systems analysis. It influences strategic project and program outcomes and recommends new technical solutions and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and services
• Support the sponsor's strategic direction and priorities, and recommend strategies, roadmaps, risks, capability gaps, dependencies, funding issues and alignment with the strategic framework
• Help the government client with program goals, objectives, schedules and reports to senior executives, communicating technical topics in non-technical terms
• Develop program assessment processes, track cost, schedule, risk and performance, and monitor investment compliance
• Develop business cases, concepts of operations, memoranda agreements, project plans and schedules, and integration and transition plans
• Conduct quality reviews of products and services, and produce deliverables in formats such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Required profile

• BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years; a Doctorate in a technical domain may be held
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required; U.S. citizenship, federal employment suitability and E-Verify eligibility required
• Recent experience in the intelligence community (IC)
• Collaboration across multiple entities and work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Required skills

• Portfolio, program and project management knowledge
• Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting and execution disciplines
• Knowledge of key performance indicators and analytical competence
• Counterintelligence tools familiarity
• Desired: leadership of cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and business development support such as proposal writing
