Seasonal Sales Associate - Willowbrook Mall

About the role

BoxLunch is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate at its Willowbrook Mall location in Houston. The role is seasonal and focuses on delivering great customer service, stocking and replenishing merchandise and keeping the store visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an excellent shopping experience, with strong product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor zone and keep assigned areas up to visual standards
• Work the register, processing sales and driving add-on sales through options such as BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture and merchandising mix
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of merchandise
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Carry out any other activities assigned by the Store Leader

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved store equipment and pack and unpack boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
