About the role
As a Retail Ambassador at Rothy’s in Nolita, you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying company values in every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer, providing best‑in‑class service rooted in brand values.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting customer relationships.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
Required profile
- Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for service.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
