Join Rothy’s flagship store on Fifth Avenue as a Seasonal Retail Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand’s sustainable values. You will create meaningful connections with shoppers, drive sales through personalized service, and support a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer with best‑in‑class service, product expertise, and brand presentation.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting customer relationships.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow store policies, SOPs, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and excellence.

Required profile

• Guided by Rothy’s values, committed to a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
• 18 years of age or older with previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for service and achieving sales targets.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders or step stools safely.
