About the role

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path Company, is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant for its HR technology consulting practice. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and related talent acquisition processes; exposure to SmartRecruiters or an interest in developing SmartRecruiters expertise is highly desirable. The position is remote and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) solutions.
• Assist with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Onboarding activities as needed.
• Support system testing, including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows and test scripts.
• Assist with production deployments and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and recommend solutions.
• Support recruiting process improvements and system optimization.
• Collaborate with project managers, senior consultants and client stakeholders.
• Take part in product training, certification programs and professional development.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Experience in SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement or support projects.
• Understanding of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.

Required skills

• Requirements gathering, configuration, testing and user support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification, RMK or Onboarding 2.0 experience, and SmartRecruiters experience (a strong plus but not mandatory).

• Salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
