Remote Recruiter for Cleaners

About the role

Neat N' Tidy is a US house cleaning company that books residential and commercial cleanings online and sends vetted, insured local cleaners to customers' homes and offices. It is looking for a motivated Recruiter to help find, hire and onboard cleaners in each market. The role is 100% remote, paid $700 to $800 USD per month.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing cleaner applicants on Facebook, Nextdoor, job boards and local community networks.
• Making screening calls, reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
• Keeping the candidate pipeline organized and following up with every applicant on time.
• Helping new cleaners complete onboarding and orientation.
• Tracking applications, interviews and hires and sharing regular updates with management.
• Checking in with customers after services and passing their feedback to management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR or talent acquisition.
• Professional English and Spanish.
• Comfort making a high volume of calls and messages every day.
• Strong organization and the ability to work independently from home.
• A reliable computer and internet connection.
