Sales Specialist – Collision Repair

About the role

The Sales Specialist – Collision Repair will lead sales efforts for 3M’s automotive aftermarket brands across the collision repair segment in Washington. You will collaborate with global teams, develop business plans, and drive growth while representing 3M’s innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives for all 3M products within the US collision repair market.
• Implement sales programs, plans, and policies in coordination with your supervisor.
• Determine call patterns and priorities to maximize productivity.
• Support division and regional initiatives and create tailored business plans for end‑users.
• Track all activities using 3M’s CRM system and maintain a company vehicle with required driving history checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of sales or automotive aftermarket experience, OR a high school diploma with five years in the automotive/collision industry.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
• Technical knowledge of the automotive and collision repair industry.
