Clinical Account Manager – Queens

About the role

The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) will launch new hospitals and drive organic growth of Ceribell’s install base. Based in the region, the role requires frequent travel to acute and critical care centers.

Key responsibilities

• Expand Ceribell usage to additional acute or critical care centers within existing customers.
• Partner with the Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new sites and introduce new products.
• Build advocacy, develop lead funnels, and conduct formal presentations, peer‑to‑peer education, and physician training.
• Manage upgrades, departmental expansion, and project‑manage new account launches.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on clinical use, troubleshoot workflow, and establish seizure risk protocols.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of critical‑care sales, medical‑device/pharma sales, or RN with industry experience.
• Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs, influence change, and work cross‑functionally with Territory Managers.
• Coachable, driven, high integrity, and comfortable with 60% travel (≈3 days/week).
