About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As a Sales Representative you will work directly in storm‑affected neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to assess damage and guide them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier Roofing services.
• Meet homeowners on‑site, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and follow projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a self‑generated pipeline.
• Commitment to attend paid onboarding, classroom training, and field shadowing.
