Sales Operations Associate Internship

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate Intern works at the heart of the sales organization, supporting revenue efficiency, customer relationships, and a seamless sales cycle. This fast‑paced role blends customer service, inside sales, account management, and sales enablement while providing hands‑on experience with CRM optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between sales, operations, finance, logistics and customer service to align on customer needs.
• Maintain and improve Zoho CRM data integrity, structuring leads, accounts and opportunities.
• Support sales teams with outbound calls, inbound inquiries, lead qualification and pipeline progression.
• Assist with sales enablement by providing tools, resources and onboarding support.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work with CRM systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Zoho.
