About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a fast-growing home improvement company, is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales team. The role covers daily operations, performance and building future leaders, and is a field-based position with weekends required.

Key responsibilities

Hire, train and coach sales representatives, running training classes and workshops
Lead weekly meetings, track performance and drive quota achievement
Ride alongs and in-field coaching
Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews
Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals

Required profile

One-call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling (required)
3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Required skills

Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills

What we offer

OTE of $250,000-$400,000+, with draw, commission and bonuses paid weekly
