Sales Manager (Active Adult)

About the role

The Sales Manager leads sales, leasing, and resident retention strategies for an Active Adult community, driving occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop onsite Sales Consultants to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategic leasing and marketing plans, analyze market conditions, and monitor leasing performance.
• Manage prospect activity in CRM, track lead response times, and improve conversion rates.
• Create outreach strategies with local businesses and community organizations to generate qualified leads.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class prospect experience from inquiry through move‑in and support resident issue resolution.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, occupancy forecasts, and marketing effectiveness metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of sales, leasing, senior living, or multifamily experience.
• Proven success achieving occupancy, revenue, and sales performance goals.
• Prior experience leading or coaching sales teams is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management/CRM systems.
• Strong CRM reporting and data analysis abilities.
• Competence in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
