About the role

Join JCW's growing NYC office as an Associate Recruiter. You will support senior recruiters by sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates across life sciences, finance, insurance, and legal sectors, with a clear path to a full 360° consulting role.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior headhunters and business developers to identify and engage mid‑to‑senior‑level candidates.
• Leverage professional communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development activities, including outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior corporate or professional work experience (industry knowledge can be taught).
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals.
• Genuine interest in a sales‑driven environment with performance‑based earning potential.
