Women's Philanthropy Manager

About the role

The Women’s Philanthropy Manager leads engagement and fundraising initiatives for Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona, focusing on women donors and the Lion of Judah program. The role collaborates with staff, volunteers, and community leaders to advance annual campaign goals and deepen women’s connection to the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage the Women’s Philanthropy annual campaign, including donor solicitation, stewardship, reporting, and outreach.
• Oversee the Lion of Judah program, handling stewardship, recognition, recruitment, and event planning.
• Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, creating personalized cultivation and solicitation plans.
• Design and deliver women‑focused programs, events, and leadership experiences, handling logistics, budgeting, and evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, or relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and ability to engage women of influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems/databases for donor management, tracking and reporting.
• Ability to plan and execute events, including budgeting and logistics.
