Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Evolve, a vacation rental company, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to engage and qualify leads through outbound funnels and book high-intent meetings for its sales team. The SDR works with current vacation rental owners in a high-volume, high-velocity cadence, managing a large pipeline independently through a CRM tool. The role is remote and open to candidates living in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to top-of-funnel leads to qualify opportunities and book meetings with the Vacation Rental Advisor or Real Estate Consultants.
• Respond to inbound requests from the website, email and phone.
• Maintain frequent contact with current owners through cadences, calls, emails and texts.
• Manage a large pipeline of marketing-generated leads, nurtured leads and owner upsells using SalesLoft and Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Run the consultative sales process, handle objections and guide homeowners toward a meeting with a sales closer.
• Take part in regular training and collaborate with peers to improve sales strategy.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in consultative phone sales and/or sales development.
• Able to handle up to 100 calls per day plus emails and texts.
• Goal-oriented, competitive, self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
• Confident building rapport and handling objections, with strong verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft highly preferred.
• Active listening, diligent note-taking and strong time management.

• Base pay of $55,000 annually (40-hour week, $26.44/hour) plus an uncapped monthly commission (on-target earnings of $23,980 annually).
