Sales Development Representative – Austin

About the role

Redis is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Austin, TX to generate interest in its fast‑data platform through targeted research, outbound outreach, and inbound follow‑up. This hybrid role (4 days onsite) is a growth opportunity within a well‑funded SaaS startup.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads from targeted accounts and personas using email, social media and phone.
• Leverage sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce.com and Outreach to manage outreach and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to develop strategic account plans and schedule qualified meetings for the Field Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

• Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation and initiative.
• Comfortable with the scrappiness of a startup while enjoying the stability of an established company.
• Coachability and confidence in engaging diverse prospects.
• Must be located in Austin, TX.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
