The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor for customers at the Newburyport branch, focusing on building strong, long‑lasting relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customers’ financial needs and goals.
- Provide tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service.
- Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate partners.
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and promote self‑service options.
