Router Supervisor

About the role

The Router Supervisor will manage dock and dispatch operations at our Fontana, CA Service Center, ensuring efficient handling of LTL loads and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate dock operations and driver/freight handler scheduling.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality freight handling procedures.
• Timely dispatching of LTL loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Required profile

• Proven basic leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling (preferred).
