Room Service Delivery Attendant (Part-Time/Oversight)

Live! By Loews-Arlington, a 302-room hotel in Arlington, Texas, is looking for a part-time, overnight Room Service Delivery Attendant. The role ensures an outstanding in-room dining experience by delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately, setting up trays or tables with precision and responding to guest requests with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Complete setup and preparation tasks at the start of each shift.
• Deliver guest amenities, food and beverages promptly to guest rooms.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete and meet hotel presentation standards.
• Set up trays, carts or in-room dining tables as requested by guests.
• Greet guests warmly, explain orders and answer questions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams so orders are prepared on time.
• Maintain room service areas, clear used trays and restock supplies.
• Follow food-handling policies and sanitation standards, and report feedback or concerns to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with all audiences.
• Service-oriented with an authentic approach to guest service.
• Effective at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food service operations preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35 pounds or more.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
