About the role

Loews Arlington Hotel, part of Loews Hotels & Co., is hiring a Room Service Delivery Attendant (on call) to deliver in-room dining to its 888 rooms. The role is the face of the hotel's hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for, from delivering meals with precision to anticipating guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages and amenities promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, carts or in-room dining tables with precision and care.
• Greet guests warmly, explain orders and answer questions professionally.
• Ensure orders meet hotel presentation standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness in room service areas, clearing used trays and restocking supplies.
• Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines and maintain regular attendance.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and perform other duties as assigned; varying schedules may be required.

Required profile

• Warm, service-oriented professional who thrives on guest experiences.
• Clear communicator, able to speak confidently and courteously in person and by phone.
• Detail-driven and dependable team player who works well with kitchen and bar staff.
• Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35 pounds or more.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; prior food service experience preferred.
