Room Attendant (On Call)

About the role

Live! by Loews in St. Louis, part of Ballpark Village, is hiring an on-call Room Attendant. The hotel supports 216 guestrooms, 17,000 square feet of event space, several dining venues and memorable guest experiences with stadium-area views. The role combines efficiency with care, keeping rooms spotless and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens and amenities and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets so supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Report lost items, suspicious behaviour and irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and help in related areas when needed.
• Tell guests accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain a professional appearance, follow uniform standards and give friendly, helpful guest service.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemicals and emergencies.
• Work regular attendance, varying schedules including weekends and holidays, and attend all mandatory training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous cleaning, hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Able to walk, stand, reach and bend, and to lift and move items up to 25 lbs repeatedly during a shift.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
