Public Area Attendant (On Call)

About the role

Live! by Loews in St. Louis, part of Ballpark Village, is hiring an on-call Public Area Attendant. The hotel supports 216 guestrooms, 17,000 square feet of event space, several dining venues and memorable guest experiences with stadium-area views. The role keeps public areas clean and welcoming so guests feel at home.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate public spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, elevators and stairwells.
• Stock and organize housekeeping supplies, keeping storerooms neat and secure.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all guidelines.
• Assist guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with the team.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures, and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and attend all mandatory training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous cleaning, hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Able to walk, stand, reach and bend, and to lift and pull items up to 25 lbs repeatedly during a shift.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
