RN – Women and Children’s Float Pool (Night Shift)

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Women and Children’s Float Pool. This night‑shift position provides care across Neonatal ICU, Pediatrics, and Post‑partum units, supporting newborns, children, and mothers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• One year of acute‑care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.
• Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for critical‑care areas.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (if hired in critical‑care area).
• RN licensure and ability to administer medications safely.
