About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital NICU is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, family‑centered care for critically ill neonates and extremely low birth weight infants during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care to neonates in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
Implement, monitor, and adjust patient care plans, documenting and communicating patient status.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care, serve as primary liaison for physicians and nursing staff, and manage discharge planning.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care hospital experience or equivalent military RN experience.
