About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry/Neurology Unit. This night‑shift position (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) provides direct care to patients with neurological conditions, including post‑stroke recovery.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions and administer prescribed medications.
Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and families.
Serve as primary coordinator of multidisciplinary care and maintain documentation.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or obtain within one year).
NIH Stroke Scale certification (or obtain within 30 days).
