About the role

Join us at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital, a historic institution delivering world‑class care for over a century. The RN Program Coordinator will support trauma quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, working closely with trauma surgeons, physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Review clinical data and trauma cases to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Investigate quality concerns and coordinate projects aimed at enhancing the safety and quality of trauma care.
Support trauma accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts.
Implement evidence‑based practices and drive process improvements across the program.

Required profile

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.
At least five years of direct patient‑care RN experience.
Knowledge of healthcare systems.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in nursing, experience with trauma administration and ACS site visits, TNCC instructor certification, ATLS coordinator certification.
