RN Nurse Manager – Clinical Manager in Assistive Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead its Assistive Care team in Charlotte, NC. This Clinical Manager role blends direct client care with leadership, staff development, and coordination of home health services.

Key responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and ensure high‑quality care.
• Develop and oversee individualized client care plans.
• Coordinate communication between clients, families, field staff, office staff, and clinicians.
• Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides in the field.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Participate in employee training and in‑service education to help field staff provide exceptional care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and promote BAYADA’s commitment to compassionate, high‑quality home care.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of professional RN experience (home care experience preferred).
• Previous supervisory or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• Passion for supporting clients in their homes and developing caregivers.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
