About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to lead its skilled nursing team in Charlotte, NC. You will provide high‑quality home health care to adult clients, oversee care plans, and support field staff in delivering compassionate services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Visit adult clients across Charlotte and surrounding areas to conduct assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans and ensure their execution.
- Supervise field nursing staff and coordinate daily activities.
- Facilitate new‑hire orientation and ongoing training for nurses.
- Participate in in‑service education for field personnel.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy or ventilator care preferred.
- Pediatric experience required.
Required skills
- Trach/Vent care expertise.
- Pediatric nursing proficiency.
