About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead home‑care services in Charlotte, NC. This full‑time position offers a Monday‑Friday schedule, competitive salary, and the chance to develop both clinical and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments for geriatric clients in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
• Develop and oversee individualized client care plans.
• Coordinate care with clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
• Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides in the field.
• Orient and onboard new Home Health Aides and CNAs.
• Provide training and ongoing education to field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and the office team.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of professional RN experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in supporting clients at home and developing caregivers.
