Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) - Charlotte, NC

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is recruiting a licensed therapist to join its provider network for Lyra Health, a mental health care provider. The position is a 1099 contractor role based in Charlotte, NC, focused on providing care to children and/or adolescents, with in-person care strongly preferred. The provider works with well-matched clients and receives administrative and marketing support.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Licensed in North Carolina and living near Charlotte
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed

Required skills

• Commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families
