Registered Nurse – Home Care (All Shifts)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in the Charlotte Metro area to provide adult and pediatric home care. Nurses will travel to client homes, follow doctors' orders, and deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client homes on a self‑chosen schedule and provide 1:1 nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Utilize electronic charting (Statewise) and maintain clinical documentation.

Required profile

• Current valid U.S. nursing license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
