About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital as a Registered Nurse on the Med/Surg & Oncology unit. Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a Magnet‑recognized environment, working day/night rotations.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions; carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate discharge needs and provide patient/family education.
Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and clinical study.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Two years recent related nursing experience (or less for internal applicants with orientation).
Ability to obtain chemotherapy competency within six months and complete ONS Chemo/Bio course within two years.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Chemotherapy administration competency.
Intravenous (IV) therapy skills.
