About the role

The RN Clinical Educator will serve as a teacher, facilitator and consultant, partnering with nursing staff and management to implement educational goals that improve patient care outcomes in the Pediatrics and NICU areas.

Key responsibilities

Assess educational needs, design and deliver training programs for clinical and non‑clinical staff.
Coordinate training facilities, resources and act as a performance consultant.
Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure compliance with federal, state and accreditation standards.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support certification.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including 24/7, weekends and on‑call availability.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software and web‑based applications.
Strong verbal and written communication for presenting information to diverse audiences.
Effective presentation and interpersonal skills to work across organizational lines.
