About the role

The RN CCFSR will work across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations in Florida, providing critical care in the Emergency Department. Shifts rotate between day/evening and night/weekend schedules, with floating between Martin North, Martin South and Tradition Hospitals as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care using sound nursing practices and complete admission assessments.
  • Assess and document pain levels, prioritize patient problems, and develop collaborative care plans.
  • Monitor patient condition, evaluate effectiveness of interventions, and adjust care plans to achieve outcomes.

Required profile

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
  • Current RN licensure in the state.
  • Two years recent experience in an Emergency Department.

Required skills

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ALS certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH) certification within the last year.
