About the role
Matrix designs, manufactures, and sells innovative technological products. The RMA Repair Tech Intern will support the RMA department during the 2027 summer internship, working on‑site at the Newburgh, IN home office.
Key responsibilities
- Move finished goods and components for RMA inventory and customer processing.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and scanning/attaching documents to work orders.
- Build sub‑assemblies and finished‑goods boxes for shipping and receiving.
- Support repair technicians and maintain a clean lab work area.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program.
- Strong organizational, clerical, and customer‑service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
