Revenue Accountant – Trade & Tenant Billing

About the role

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Revenue Accountant to support accurate and timely accounting for trade customer revenue and third‑party tenant billings. The role will manage core revenue processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards and contract terms, and provide analysis to aid business decision‑making and cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and tenant billings.
• Record, monitor, and report trade revenue accruals.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Generate regular revenue reports and communicate results to commercial partners.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and contract specifications.
• Support cash collection efforts through accurate accounting data.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles and trade billing processes.
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Experience resolving straightforward accounting issues within defined procedures.
• Willingness to provide informal guidance to team members.
