Senior Consultant – Private Equity Data Solutions

About the role

Holland Mountain is seeking a client‑focused Senior Consultant to lead ATLAS engagements for leading private equity firms. You will own delivery from prototype through handover, building trust with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑workstream ATLAS projects as Engagement Lead or Project Director.
• Run project governance including timelines, budgets, team allocation and billing.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior clients, chair Steering Committees and provide status updates.
• Manage project budgets, commercial extensions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coach and mentor Business Analysts and Consultants, contributing to practice development.

Required profile

• 5+ years in consulting, private equity or related field.
• Proven experience leading data or technology implementations from design to go‑live and hypercare.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning project budgets and client billing.
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and running governance forums.
• Experience leading and developing small delivery teams.

• Base salary $150,000 – $180,000 depending on experience.
